Nimmi Khangura
Nimmi Khangura is an associate of the firm. Her practice is focused on transactional matters in the areas of corporate finance, securities, mining, corporate structuring, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Khangura has assisted clients on a wide range of transactions, including equity and debt financings of public and private entities, private placements, prospectus offerings, take-over bids, asset and share acquisitions or dispositions, reverse take-overs, plans of arrangement, stock exchange listings, property acquisitions and joint ventures. She also provides assistance to clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law matters, including assisting companies in complying with continuous disclosure and corporate governance requirements and the requirements of securities regulators and stock exchanges.
Ms. Khangura's previous experience includes working in the Legal and Market Initiatives Division of the British Columbia Securities Commission and with Computershare Trust Company of Canada.
