Joseph Giuffre
Mr. Giuffre has over twenty-five years of combined experience in business and legal matters, and has a transaction-based practice in the areas of corporate finance, securities, mining, corporate structuring, project finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Giuffre has extensive experience acting for Canadian public companies with an international focus, many of which have progressed from private start-up companies to publicly-listed emerging companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
Mr. Giuffre's practice is primarily focused on resource based transactions and regulatory matters and he provides advice to public and private companies on mine exploration, mine development and oil and gas matters. Mr. Giuffre has experience in public offerings, joint venture transactions, all types of brokered and non-brokered debt and equity financings and financing agreements, mergers, acquisition or divestiture transactions, reorganizations, stock option and stock purchase arrangements, corporate governance matters, and various other commercial matters. Mr. Giuffre has acted for both Canadian and non-Canadian-based clients involved in cross-border transactions which involve complex commercial and securities law issues.
